These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, digital readings, and related services (together, the "Service") offered under the brand name "Mireya" by NLF DIGITAL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our").
By using the Service or purchasing anything through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Entertainment purposes only
The Service provides tarot readings, horoscopes, astrological content, numerology, and similar material for entertainment purposes only.
Nothing offered through the Service is, or should be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind. This includes, without limitation, medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, investment, or relationship counseling advice. If you need professional help, consult a qualified professional.
We make no representation or warranty that any reading is accurate, predictive, or that any described event will occur. Outcomes described in a reading are interpretive and are not predictions of fact. Individual experiences vary.
We never promise that a specific person will return, contact you, change their behavior, or that any relationship will be restored or ended. Any statement in a reading is an interpretation offered for reflection, not a forecast you should act on to your detriment.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or make a purchase. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older.
3. "Mireya" is a brand name
"Mireya" is a brand name under which NLF DIGITAL LLC offers digital readings. It does not designate any particular natural person. The image used to represent Mireya is a computer-generated illustration and does not depict a real individual.
Any biographical or narrative elements associated with the Mireya character are creative and presentational in nature and should not be understood as factual claims about a living person, or as claims of professional credentials, certification, or licensure.
4. Content is generated by automated systems
The readings and other content delivered through the Service are produced by automated systems, including artificial intelligence models operated by third-party providers. Your responses to our questionnaire are used as input to generate content personalized to what you told us.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality, or suitability of automatically generated content. Content is delivered on an "as is" basis.
Images and text created with GenAI assistance. This covers everything you see and receive: the text of the readings, the messages, the imagery on the site, and the portrait representing Mireya. No image on the Service is a photograph of a real person, and no reading text is handwritten by a person.

We may add, modify, rename, or discontinue products at any time. The description and price shown at checkout at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
6. Payment, one-time purchases, no subscription
Payments are processed by Whop, acting as merchant of record. Whop is the seller of record for your transaction, processes your payment, and issues your receipt. Whop's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase. The descriptor appearing on your card or bank statement will be Whop's.
All purchases are one-time payments. We do not offer subscriptions and we do not charge recurring fees. No purchase enrolls you in any automatically renewing plan.
If you choose to save a payment method for future purchases, you may later authorize additional one-time purchases without re-entering your card details. Each such purchase requires your action; nothing is ever charged automatically.
7. Delivery
Products are digital and are delivered electronically, to the email address you provide and/or through a private link on our website.
Delivery normally occurs within approximately thirty (30) minutes of purchase, and in any event within twenty-four (24) hours. If you have not received your purchase within twenty-four hours, contact contact@mireya.chat and we will resolve it.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking your spam or promotions folders.
8. Immediate performance
By completing a purchase, you request that we begin performance immediately and you acknowledge that your digital product will be generated and delivered promptly.
9. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact contact@mireya.chat within fourteen (14) days of that purchase and describe the issue. We handle refund requests promptly and in good faith, generally within two (2) business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Because Whop is the merchant of record, a refund may also be requested through Whop and is subject to Whop's own policies.
Before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. In nearly all cases we can resolve the matter faster and more directly.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service if you are under 18;
- resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content we deliver to you;
- scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- submit content that is unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others;
- upload images that are not your own, that depict another identifiable person without their consent, or that are sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may suspend or terminate access, and cancel or refund pending orders, for any violation of this section.
11. Your content
You retain ownership of the information and any images you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that material solely to generate and deliver your purchase, to provide customer support, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit information you consider confidential beyond what is necessary for your reading. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle, store, and delete your data.
12. Our content
Content delivered to you is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights, including in the Mireya brand, its visual identity, and the underlying materials of the Service, remain ours or our licensors'.
13. Testimonials and examples
Any customer messages, examples, or sample readings displayed on the Service are illustrative. Where a testimonial has not been provided by an actual customer, it is presented as an illustration of the Service and is identified as such. Experiences described are individual and are not representative of the results any particular person will obtain.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NLF DIGITAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NLF DIGITAL LLC from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated version takes effect when posted, with a revised "Last updated" date. Purchases are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the purchase. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact contact@mireya.chat and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least thirty (30) days. Most issues are resolved this way.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to bring a claim in small claims court, or any non-waivable right under the law of your state of residence.
19. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
